RETURN POLICY:
We pride ourselves in offering the best customer satisfaction. If you are notsatisfied with the craftsmanship of our Lasered In Time Product, we will repair or replace any of our products due to manufacture’s or material defects within 10 business days after you have received your order. All returns must have a return order number. A return order number can be obtained by contacting Lasered In Time by email.

All returns have to be in unused condition in original packaging, accompanied by the original packing slip. It is suggested that a tracking number be used for return shipping. Lasered In Time is not responsible for lost or damaged packages on return shipping. Return postage will be paid for returns being made because of manufacture’s or material defects and wrong orders made on behave of Lasered In Time. Return postage will not be paid for wrong orders made by customer.

Lasered In Time makes ever effort to complete your order as quickly as possible, in most cases within 5 business days of proof approval for custom engraving. Please review your original order. Cancellation of an order does not mean that work has not stared on your order if work has been started on your order there may be a setup fee charge. cancellations will not excepted after the proof approval is made.
